ACCOUNT MANAGER:

Description:
Position entails overseeing 3-5 landscape crews involved in all aspects of commercial property maintenance. Responsible for managing staff, scheduling, selling enhancements to existing accounts and renewal of contracts. This is a year round salaried position plus quarterly bonus opportunities and company vehicle. Snow plowing work is paid in addition to salary.

Position Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong horticultural knowledge
  • Sales experience
  • At least 2 years of experience overseeing crews

LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION/SPECIAL PROJECTS CREW LEADER:

Description:
This team leader must be experienced in all facets of landscape installation work and is capable of working with minimal supervision. The position works as a member of the team and directs the activities of two or more team members at a job site.

Position Requirements:

  • Three years landscape experience
  • Able to operate a variety of equipment
  • Have working knowledge jof horticultural practice
  • MA Hoisting Engineer License or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
  • Own transportation to and from work
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good driving record
